At BASED, we want you to feel confident in your skincare journey; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unopened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via your email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the beauty products in their original box and attach the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
